SLP Patriots Dominate AOSI Long Course 2026, Capture Championship with Record-Breaking Performance
Bangkok, Thailand — The Swim League Philippines (SLP) Patriots delivered a historic and commanding performance at the Asian Open Schools Invitational (AOSI) Long Course (50m) Swimming Championships, held from January 28 to February 1, 2026, at the Assumption University Aquatic Center in Bangkok.

Leadership Support on the Ground
SLP’s President Fred Galang Ancheta and Executive Director Philbert Papa personally traveled to Bangkok to monitor and support the grassroots athletes, demonstrating that Swim League Philippines is more than video greetings — they are present physically, investing in and motivating their swimmers. Their presence provided inspiration, encouragement, and a reminder that the organization is fully committed to the growth and success of every athlete.

A Statement to Asia
From senior standouts to emerging young guns, the Patriots’ unified effort translated into one of the most successful campaigns in SLP history. Their triumph at the AOSI Long Course 2026 is a story of resilience, redemption, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
